The measurement of the Success of E-Business


E-Business Is about 95% business and 5% technology. Implicitly this short sentence explained essence from the concept expansion of the new management that was known with e-business. This short sentence in basically stressed that main consideration that must be utilised by the management practitioners in decisive whether making use of arousing offers that it was promised by e-business was located in consideration was as big the potential “bisnis” that was offered, not in as sophisticated developing technology. If the business had a purpose to reach what in the theory was mentioned as wealth maximization (and in the everyday practice wealth often was associated by the profit or the efforts profit), then clearly e-business must at least could do the two matters below this:
  • It was as high that the potential for the increase revenue (the income) the good company directly or indirectly that was met at the time of the concept e-business diimplementasikan
  • It was as high that the potential for the reduction cost (the cost) that could be carried out both directly or indirectly that was met at the time of the concept e-business was applied.
The two matters were the minimal matter that must in-deliver by e-business to the company so that obviously could increase the level of his profitability (in accordance with the simple formula of the Profit of = Revenue – Cost).
