J: Kami menyediakan informasi dari beberapa toko dan memberikan perbandingan yang jelas tentang harga yang beredar di pasaran. Pengguna juga bias memperkirakan kondisi handphone second dengan adanya fasilitas gambar dari masing – masing handphone second yang ditawarkan oleh penjual.


T:Bagaimana prospek e-business di Indoensia menurut Anda?
J:E-business di Indonesia dalam masa sekarang ini masih dalam tahap pertumbuhan dan sejauh ini dalam pengetahuan saya belum ada perusahaan yang benar-benar melakukan penjualan secara otomatis dan full-online tetapi sudah banyak perusahaan yang menyediakan payment gateway di Indonesia. Perusahaansaya sendiri mengharuskan konfirmasi manual sebelum transaksi dilakukan dan pembayaran masih dilakukan dengan transfer bank. Ini disebabkan kurangnya keamanan dalam transaksi online dengan kartu kridit dan kurangnya akses untuk menggunakan otorisasi kartu kridit secara online.


T:Bidang apa saja yang difokuskan perushaan anda dalam e-business ini?
J:Perusahaan kami memberikan space untuk promosi kepada toko-toko yang menjual produk selular. Dalam hal ini kami juga memberikan tempat untuk login dan mengupdate informasi produk yang ditawarkan oleh masing-masing toko secara otomatis.


T:Bagaimana cara kerja E-business di perusahaan anda?
J:Kami menyediakan backend untuk pengguna layanan kami supaya mreka bias mengupdate informasi tentang produk yang mreka jual. Kami mengoptimalkan fungsi mysql dan php dalam mengolah informasi yang akan ditampilkan di website ka


T:Masalah-masalah apakah yang anda temui dalam menggunakan system kerja e-business ini?
J:Kurangnya pemahaman pengguna dalam memanfaatkan fungsi-fungsi yang ada di dalam website. Misalnya dalam mengisi komentar dan testimonial. Dan banyak orang yang menggunakan ruang review kami untuk mengiklankan dan bertanya tidak pada tempatnya.


T:Bagaimana anda menghadapi masalah-masalah tersebut?
J:Kami menggunakan system moderasi dalam mengisi komentar, semua komentar akan disaring oleh administrator sebelum ditampilkan di website. Dalam hal ini semua komentar yang tidak menyimpang akan ditampilkan apa adanya tanpa perubahan sedikitpun.

J:Pertimbangan kami adalah akses internet yang selalu tersedia 24 jam dan kemampuan menjangkau seluruh Indonesia.


T:Menurut anda di masa yang akan dating perkembangan e-business dalam Indonesia akan seperti apa?
J:Dengan berkembangnya sumber daya manusia yang ada di Indonesia, dan semakin meningkatnya kemampuan mahasiswa di bidang IT serta meningkatnya jumlah universita yang membuka jurusan teknologi informasi, saya sangat yakin Indonesia mampu menyaingi Negara-negara maju dalam hal IT.
Ini dikarenakan pasar yang masih terbuka luas, bahkan Negara tetangga berlomba memasarkan produknya di Indonesia secara online. Sejauh ini baru perusahaan di bidang travel dan ticketing yang benar-benar memanfaatkan e-business secara maksimal.
Selain itu, perkembangan akses internet di Indonesia yang cepat dewasa ini, juga memberikan kesempatan lebih luas kepada e-business yang ada di Indonesia.
